Frequently Asked Questions (2023)
What is Wild Thyme you ask?
I know a bank where the wild thyme blows,
Where oxlips and the nodding violet grows,
Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine,
With sweet musk-roses and with eglantine:
There sleeps Titania sometime of the night,
Lulled in these flowers with dances and delight.

All facilities are rustic: Water available, porta potties, recycle and trash receptacles. There are several camping options available all of which are first come first serve.
General camping: Included in the price of a weekend pass. Campsites are large enough to accommodate a car and tent or small (teardrop) camper.
Group camp sites: Available on a first come first serve basis to groups of weekend ticket pass purchasers that would like to camp togather with their group. Please contact us for availability.
Deep woods tent camping: Individual sites further back in the woods for those that prefer a bit more privacy. *Note - not all deep woods campsites can accommodate parking directly at the site. Please contact us with any questions and to reserve your preferred site.
Motorhome camping: Pull in sites available for larger trailers and RVs. These sites require an additional fee for the space required.
What are the different types of campsites?
We’re excited to see you!
THINGS TO BRING
sun umbrella, sunscreen, hat
camp chair or blanket
flashlight
bug spray
Where can I get food?
We will have a couple of food trucks and coffee and SCONES in the morning! Please support them!
Bring your camping gear and grills and cook up some good meals for you and your friends! (But no fires!) There are also restaurants within a 10-mile radius including places to get pizza, pub food, and ice cream.
We will also be selling s’mores kits at the bonfire!
Will there be alcohol for sale?
Bring your own! But there are some local breweries not too far, including Tantrick Brewing and Heronmark Brewery and Winery in Allegan with great beer.
Can I have a campfire?
No! Please use grills for cooking and enjoy the bonfire on Friday night. Can I cook smores on the bonfire? For sure! And smores kits will be available for purchase if you forgot yours.
So there’s Fabulous music, what else is there to do?
There are lovely trails in the woods, disc golf, sweet spots to read a book, chill and hang with friends, games, vendors to check out, and workshops.
Bring a bike - there’s some great dirt roads all around to meander on.
What should I bring?
Camp chairs, sun umbrella, blankets for sitting and listening to the music, grill, food, snacks, drinks, camping gear, bug spray, headlamp etc. Bring your instruments if you’re interested in jamming out!
Solar lights! Adopt and light a tree! Find a tree on the farm and decorate it with battery or solar lights!
WHERE DO I Park?
Parking will be available at the front of the farm or at individual campsites for weekend pass purchasers at no additional charge. Tent campers and others will be able to drive in and camp next to their car. There will be maps handed out upon arrival of the trails and key areas, and volunteers to guide you.
Can I bring my Children and Pets?
Children are very welcome (tickets free under 13 years of age) and nice dogs are welcome too!
You may bring your dog if it is positively social with other dogs, children, and adults (and music!). They should be under your control at all times and please pick up their poop. We will consider individual requests to bring ponies, sheep, or goats. Other creatures require special permission too.
If your dog is not good with any of the above, don’t bring them!
Please note we will have rescue dogs on site with their caregivers. They will be on a leash at all times. Perhaps you will be tempted to adopt one! Or two!
What if it rains?
The event will happen rain or shine. Mother nature is a wild one and we’ve no interest in controlling her. There will not be refunds provided due to her whims. We do have some extra large circus style tents and some pop-ups in case of rain.
What if I want to shower and eat bonbons?
Bring your bonbons in a cooler and perhaps a portable solar shower!
What’s the toilet situation?
There will be lots of porta potties, sanitizer gel, and washing stations.
What if I can’t see in the dark?
Your phone is a torch! But bring a battery back up. Or make it last longer and bring a flashlight. There will also be lit areas along the paths.
What’s the deal with volunteering?
We have several different types of opportunities available that include a ticket discount. Please email us for more information.
