Hi and Welcome to Farmhand!
My name is Vanessa and I've been helping out around the farm for several years now, and I have learned a whole lot about growing food, and delivering food, and our food system in general. I've slowly become more empowered to make better decisions about the food I'm eating (and not eating) and how it affects the earth. As an artist, this processing has seeped into my making, and I find myself making things that revolve around my wonder and fascination with all things farm. I hope it inspires you to think and eat and love the land that sustains us all! Also, the arugula can't be beat.
